A mentor-coach, like a coach, cannot be replaced by a machine, at least not yet. The ability to share one's own experience and style with another coach is purely human and we want to keep it that way.
Our goal is to offer professional coaches the opportunity to grow professionally, session after session, even when a mentor is not available. Independently and at low cost.
For now, the THeach app is in Italian and English, but we are working to integrate other languages.
THeach is the first app developed by TH-HABITAT available for smartphones and tablets.
Our multilingual API allows the analysis of coaching sessions with our THeach model. From a transcript, you can obtain THeach feedback based on the principles and guidelines of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
With THeach API, you can also offer an AI mentor agent that analyzes and responds to follow-up questions to identify the most effective moments, critical points, and suggestions for improvement.
