Starting soon, registrations open
This course is for anyone interested in learning the basics of the coaching process and who wants to apply new skills at work and in everyday life. A combination of theory and practice to immediately experience each tool.
Module 1

The cycle of change; The foundations; Motivation; Vision and values.
Module 2

Planning; Leadership and entrepreneurial thinking; Artificial Intelligence and critical thinking; Working in teams. Review and next steps.
All participants receive a certificate of participation; for those who wish to receive a certificate of completion, a final test is required.

Startup Mentoring for soft skills

ICF Coaching and Training

- Individual sessions: personalized coaching paths to guide you towards your personal and professional goals, with ICF certified methodologies;

- Mentoring for coaches: specialized support in the ICF accreditation process, both for the ACC (Associate Certified Coach) and PCC (Professional Certified Coach) levels. We support future coaches in acquiring core competencies and preparing for the accreditation exam.
