The Story
2009
Alongside Studio Coach - my coaching and consulting business - I founded Lo Studio, a space for sharing both online and offline where professionals from different sectors can learn and practice humanistic skills.
It doesn't work, it's too early, but it's a seed planted. In the meantime, I deal with social innovation and training around the world.
I meet and collaborate with special people engaged in consulting and research, including: my first mentor Sir John Whitmore, Valerio Eletti, Gian Paolo Montali, Marilyn Atkinson, Francesco Morace, Maria Cristina Milano, Michel Giffard.
I founded The Habitat Association. An association created to support and promote projects for social development in search of a humanistic business model.
During the same period, my passion for neuroscience and Artificial Intelligence began. I started my first consulting projects to identify the impact of Artificial Intelligence in organizations.
While I continue my commitment as a trainer in Europe and Asia, I participate in various international events as a speaker on the topic: "Artificial Intelligence - the challenge of being human". In a world where people and machines work together, it is necessary to have the ability to redefine the mindset of the company system.
The TH-HABITAT project is born.
T for Technology and H for Humanity in a collaborative HABITAT.
An ambitious project for a fascinating challenge that is worth recognizing and facing.
TH-HABITAT ® becomes a company and, thanks to its innovative and high-tech project, obtains the status of an innovative start-up. We are ready to start research to develop new models and digital architectures for organizations. We want to ensure that collaboration between people and machines becomes not only possible, but can create the habitat we need.
THeach Mentor-Coaching System® is born, our first proprietary software created for the effective communication of professional coaches and manager coaches.
An AI model that offers feedback based on data and the principles of the International Coaching Federation.
Our first result focused on collective and sustainable growth.

A strategic tool that, thanks also to the integration of AI agents, allows you to personalize comprehensive development paths for continuous learning and collective growth.
