The mentor-coaching system®
A mentor-coach, like a coach, cannot be replaced by a machine, at least not yet. The ability to share one's own experience and style with another coach is purely human and we want to keep it that way.
Our goal is to offer professional coaches the opportunity to grow professionally, session after session, even when a mentor is not available. Independently and at low cost.
For now, the THeach app is in Italian and English, but we are working to integrate other languages.
THeach is the first app developed by TH-HABITAT. After testing with more than 200 users, the app became an API so you can integrate the mentor-coaching-system® into your company's platform.
